By accessing easyveesy.com, whether as a Guest or a Registered User, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of our services immediately.

psychology2. AI Disclaimer & Accuracy

EasyVeesy utilizes AI to parse CVs and match them with university requirements. AI is subject to "hallucinations" and errors. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are solely responsible for manually verifying all deadlines, eligibility criteria, and university policies on official institutions' websites before applying.

account_balance_wallet3. The Credit System & Pricing

EasyVeesy operates on a non-subscription, credit-based model. By using the service, you acknowledge the following consumption rates:

• AI Parsing & Matching: $2.00 (4 Credits) per document/action.
• Detailed Program Reveals: $0.00 (0 Credits) per item.
• Credits never expire as long as your account remains active.

payments4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the immediate costs of AI computation:

• Unused Credits: We do not offer refund at this stage, however your credits remain valid indefinitively.
• Used Credits: Once a credit is consumed for AI parsing or matching, those credits are not refundable - unless it was consumed with no result to user.
• Technical Failures: If a technical error occurs where credits are deducted but no result is provided, we will first attempt to restitute the credits. If the issue cannot be resolved, a prorated monetary refund may be issued upon request.
• Free Credits: Credits provided via Guest access ($6) or Signup bonuses ($8) have no cash value and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

database_off5. Data Persistence & Limits

To maintain system performance, we enforce strict data retention rules:

• Guest Users: Data is ephemeral and tied to your browser fingerprint. Clearing cache will result in permanent data loss.
• Free Registered Users: Basic account data is saved, but analysis history may be cleared periodically.
• Success Pack Users: Includes persistent cloud storage for profiles and Application Tracking (ATS) data.

block6. Limitation of Liability

EasyVeesy shall not be held liable for any missed deadlines, rejected applications, or financial losses. Use of the tool is strictly at your own risk.
